We’re excited to help bring your business online. These terms are here to explain how we work and what you can expect when you choose us for your website design. Nothing complicated, just a clear outline so we’re on the same page!

What We Do

EasyWebNet designs custom websites for businesses that don’t have one yet. We focus on creating simple, clean, and mobile-friendly websites that reflect your business and help you get found online.

How the Process Works

Here’s a quick breakdown of how we usually work together:

  • You share details about your business (like services, logo, content, etc.).
  • We create your website based on your needs and preferences.
  • You review it, and we make any changes you’d like (we include a few revision rounds).
  • We launch it live when you’re happy!

We’ll guide you through every step. No tech skills needed on your end.

Payments

  • We ask for a 60% deposit to start the project. The rest is due when the website is finished and ready to go live.
  • We accept payments through PayPal.

If anything comes up or changes during the project, we’ll always discuss it with you first.

Revisions

We want you to be happy with your website. That’s why we include multiple rounds of revisions.
If you need more changes after that, we’re happy to do them. We’ll just let you know in advance if there’s an extra cost.

Timelines

Most websites are ready within 5-7 days, depending on how quickly we get your content and feedback. We’ll keep in touch so you always know how things are progressing.

Your Website Ownership

Once full payment is made:

  • The website is 100% yours.
  • We may ask if we can show it off in our portfolio, but that’s totally up to you.

Hosting & Domain

We will completely manage your domain name and hosting if you don’t already have one.

Communication

We’re easy to reach!
Whether you have questions during the project or months later, we’re just an email or message away.

Canceling a Project

If for some reason you need to stop the project midway:

  • We’ll only charge for the work completed so far.
  • Your deposit will be partially refundable depending on the stage we’re at.
